Ultimately, above the human authors, the Bible was written by God. Second Timothy 3:16 tells us that the Bible was “breathed out” by God. God superintended the human authors of the Bible so that, while using their own writing styles and personalities, they still recorded exactly what God intended. The Bible was not dictated by God, but it was perfectly guided and entirely inspired by Him.

Humanly speaking, the Bible was written by approximately 40 men of diverse backgrounds over the course of 1500 years. Isaiah was a prophet, Ezra was a priest, Matthew was a tax-collector, John was a fisherman, Paul was a tentmaker, Moses was a shepherd, Luke was a physician. Despite being penned by different authors over 15 centuries, the Bible does not contradict itself and does not contain any errors. The authors all present different perspectives, but they all proclaim the same one true God, and the same one way of salvation—Jesus Christ (John 14:6; Acts 4:12). Few of the books of the Bible specifically name their author. Here are the books of the Bible along with the name of who is most assumed by biblical scholars to be the author, along with the approximate date of authorship:

Let us also remember that, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, himself, read from the Scriptures(OT), quoted from them, repeatedly, and made references to the authors.

Above all our Lord Jesus ascribed the writings to himself, saying Moses, the Psalmist and the Prophets, all wrote about him(Christ).

Let us, also remember that, the Jews were the once entrusted with the ORACLES(Sacred commitments) of God, so that through them the nations (gentiles)would be blessed, in fulfillment of God's promise unto patriarch Abraham, saying "By means of you, the whole world would be blessed". Yes, through the progeny(descendants/offspring, we would be partakers of the blessings.

For, if Abraham passed the test of Faith in his wiliness to sacrifice Isaac, then HE, God, one day was going to sacrifice, his Son as the real sacrifice, on behalf of humanity.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the knowledge that has come from the Father of Celestial Lights in whom there is no turning of shadow!

Who is God? - The Fact
The fact of God’s existence is so conspicuous, both through creation and through man’s conscience, that the Bible calls the atheist a “fool” (Psalm 14:1). Accordingly, the Bible never attempts to prove the existence of God; rather, it assumes His existence from the very beginning (Genesis 1:1). What the Bible does is reveal the nature, character, and work of God.

Who is God? - The Definition
Thinking correctly about God is of utmost importance because a false idea about God is idolatry. In Psalm 50:21, God reproves the wicked man with this accusation: “You thought I was altogether like you.” To start with, a good summary definition of God is “the Supreme Being; the Creator and Ruler of all that is; the Self-existent One who is perfect in power, goodness, and wisdom.”

Who is God? - His Nature
We know certain things to be true of God for one reason: in His mercy He has condescended to reveal some of His qualities to us. God is spirit, by nature intangible (John 4:24). God is One, but He exists as three Persons—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16-17). God is infinite (1 Timothy 1:17), incomparable (2 Samuel 7:22), and unchanging (Malachi 3:6). God exists everywhere (Psalm 139:7-12), knows everything (Psalm 147:5; Isaiah 40:28), and has all power and authority (Ephesians 1; Revelation 19:6).

Who is God? - His Character
Here are some of God’s characteristics as revealed in the Bible: God is just (Acts 17:31), loving (Ephesians 2:4-5), truthful (John 14:6), and holy (1 John 1:5). God shows compassion (2 Corinthians 1:3), mercy (Romans 9:15), and grace (Romans 5:17). God judges sin (Psalm 5:5) but also offers forgiveness (Psalm 130:4).

Who is God? - His Work
We cannot understand God apart from His works, because what God does flows from who He is. Here is an abbreviated list of God’s works, past, present, and future: God created the world (Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 42:5); He actively sustains the world (Colossians 1:17); He is executing His eternal plan (Ephesians 1:11) which involves the redemption of man from the curse of sin and death (Galatians 3:13-14); He draws people to Christ (John 6:44); He disciplines His children (Hebrews 12:6); and He will judge the world (Revelation 20:11-15).

Who is God? - A Relationship with Him
In the Person of the Son, God became incarnate (John 1:14). The Son of God became the Son of Man and is therefore the “bridge” between God and man (John 14:6; 1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through the Son that we can have forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7), reconciliation with God (John 15:15; Romans 5:10), and eternal salvation (2 Timothy 2:10). In Jesus Christ “all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form” (Colossians 2:9). So, to really know who God is, all we have to do is look at Jesus.

Hence, the answer of our Lord Jesus Christ to Philip was "All these while that you have been with me, have you not yet known me".

Whoever, has seen the Son, has seen the Father who sent him, for the Father is in the Son and the Son in the Father.

Whoever does not honour the Son, does not honour the Father who sent him(Christ).

How can you say you honour Christ, when you do not acknowledge that He is the Son of God?

That is why Paul, prophetically, wrote
that whoever comes and present to you a Jesus(in his Divinity, Attributes, Love, Deeds, Authority, Power, Knowledge, Wisdom, Salvation etc) different from what we have received, even from an angel, let him be accursed! And this should be the acid test of our Faith, that God has indeed given us Life Eternal and that Life Eternal is in Christ Jesus.

I encourage you to look for a Living Evangelical/Pentecostal Church, a Church similitude of what is in the book of Acts where the power of the Holy Ghost is manifested in Love, Power and Truth, and where you can be convicted and repent of your sins unto righteousness which is ONLY in Christ Jesus, all to the Glory of God, the Father.

The Bible is the authentic word of God.And of course the Bible explicitly states that all scriptures are inspired by God.
I hope the writer would have taken his time to study the Holy Bible before writing.Some heresies would have been avoided.

Further it has been proved beyond doubt that the Bible we have is not a copy of the copy of the copy of the copy (12 times) of the real Bible. The most difficult thing about the Christian concept of the Trinity is that there is no way to perfectly and completely understand it. The Trinity is a concept that is impossible for any human being to fully understand, let alone explain. God is infinitely greater than we are; therefore, we should not expect to be able to fully understand Him. The Bible teaches that the Father is God, that Jesus is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God. The Bible also teaches that there is only one God. Though we can understand some facts about the relationship of the different Persons of the Trinity to one another, ultimately, it is incomprehensible to the human mind. However, this does not mean the Trinity is not true or that it is not based on the teachings of the Bible.

The Trinity is one God existing in three Persons. Understand that this is not in any way suggesting three Gods. Keep in mind when studying this subject that the word “Trinity” is not found in Scripture. This is a term that is used to attempt to describe the triune God—three coexistent, co-eternal Persons who make up God. Of real importance is that the concept represented by the word “Trinity” does exist in Scripture. The following is what God’s Word says about the Trinity:

1) There is one God (Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 Corinthians 8:4; Galatians 3:20; 1 Timothy 2:5).

2) The Trinity consists of three Persons (Genesis 1:1, 26; 3:22; 11:7; Isaiah 6:8, 48:16, 61:1; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14). In Genesis 1:1, the Hebrew plural noun "Elohim" is used. In Genesis 1:26, 3:22, 11:7 and Isaiah 6:8, the plural pronoun for “us” is used. The word "Elohim" and the pronoun “us” are plural forms, definitely referring in the Hebrew language to more than two. While this is not an explicit argument for the Trinity, it does denote the aspect of plurality in God. The Hebrew word for "God," "Elohim," definitely allows for the Trinity.

In Isaiah 48:16 and 61:1, the Son is speaking while making reference to the Father and the Holy Spirit. Compare Isaiah 61:1 to Luke 4:14-19 to see that it is the Son speaking. Matthew 3:16-17 describes the event of Jesus' baptism. Seen in this passage is God the Holy Spirit descending on God the Son while God the Father proclaims His pleasure in the Son. Matthew 28:19 and 2 Corinthians 13:14 are examples of three distinct Persons in the Trinity.

3) The members of the Trinity are distinguished one from another in various passages. In the Old Testament, “LORD” is distinguished from “Lord” (Genesis 19:24; Hosea 1:4). The LORD has a Son (Psalm 2:7, 12; Proverbs 30:2-4). The Spirit is distinguished from the “LORD” (Numbers 27:18) and from “God” (Psalm 51:10-12). God the Son is distinguished from God the Father (Psalm 45:6-7; Hebrews 1:8-9). In the New Testament, Jesus speaks to the Father about sending a Helper, the Holy Spirit (John 14:16-17). This shows that Jesus did not consider Himself to be the Father or the Holy Spirit. Consider also all the other times in the Gospels where Jesus speaks to the Father. Was He speaking to Himself? No. He spoke to another Person in the Trinity—the Father.

4) Each member of the Trinity is God. The Father is God (John 6:27; Romans 1:7; 1 Peter 1:2). The Son is God (John 1:1, 14; Romans 9:5; Colossians 2:9; Hebrews 1:8; 1 John 5:20). The Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4; 1 Corinthians 3:16).

5) There is subordination within the Trinity. Scripture shows that the Holy Spirit is subordinate to the Father and the Son, and the Son is subordinate to the Father. This is an internal relationship and does not deny the deity of any Person of the Trinity. This is simply an area which our finite minds cannot understand concerning the infinite God. Concerning the Son see Luke 22:42, John 5:36, John 20:21, and 1 John 4:14. Concerning the Holy Spirit see John 14:16, 14:26, 15:26, 16:7, and especially John 16:13-14.

6) The individual members of the Trinity have different tasks. The Father is the ultimate source or cause of the universe (1 Corinthians 8:6; Revelation 4:11); divine revelation (Revelation 1:1); salvation (John 3:16-17); and Jesus' human works (John 5:17; 14:10). The Father initiates all of these things.

The Son is the agent through whom the Father does the following works: the creation and maintenance of the universe (1 Corinthians 8:6; John 1:3; Colossians 1:16-17); divine revelation (John 1:1, 16:12-15; Matthew 11:27; Revelation 1:1); and salvation (2 Corinthians 5:19; Matthew 1:21; John 4:42). The Father does all these things through the Son, who functions as His agent.

The Holy Spirit is the means by whom the Father does the following works: creation and maintenance of the universe (Genesis 1:2; Job 26:13; Psalm 104:30); divine revelation (John 16:12-15; Ephesians 3:5; 2 Peter 1:21); salvation (John 3:6; Titus 3:5; 1 Peter 1:2); and Jesus' works (Isaiah 61:1; Acts 10:38). Thus, the Father does all these things by the power of the Holy Spirit.

There have been many attempts to develop illustrations of the Trinity. However, none of the popular illustrations are completely accurate.

The following illustration may do. Assume you have certificate to claim from your School. However, what makes it authentic is the stamp on it. You do not claim your certificate by taking the actual Stamp itself. Infact, it is even a crime to be in possession of the school stamp. The one who has with him a school stamp is a thief. Just like Jesus saying that those who claim to know God(unless through him, Christ) are thieves. All what is required of your certificate is to bear an imprint of the Stamp on your certificate, and that speaks well of the fact that your certificate is authentic. When we have Christ, as our imprint, we automatically have God, and you cannot claim to belong to God(that is a child of God) when you do not have Christ. You will agree with me that the configuration(inscriptions) of the Stamp cannot be visible seen properly, however, it is fully expressed when the certificate is stamped.

Further, many certificates can bear the imprint, each of which is a representative of the same Stamp, so it is that many can have Christ, and altogether belonging to God. You need the proper ink(pad) for the inscriptions on the pad to be fully expressed on your certificate, so it is that we receive Christ by the convicting power of the Holy Ghost.

In using, reverentially, the term, "God", the Father has so desired that you cannot talk about him fully, without talking about the Son, and in our relationship to the Father and the Son, we need the Holy Spirit.

Jesus says "No one knows the Father more than the Son does, and no one knows the Son more than the Father does". Jesus is the one who chooses to reveal who the Father is to the individual, and hence our knowledge of God depends on how Jesus has chosen to reveal the Father to the individual.

Spiritual ignorance is the most damaging disease, for it can deny one Life Eternal.

Life Eternal is in Christ. I have to tell you that you, as an individual, you need to set time for yourself to investigate things. And no until you do that you can be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine.

Jesus main prayer point was that we may know the Only True God, and the one that HE sent, Jesus Christ.

I have been deceived before by traditions, idolatry etc until I found Christ.

I had to commit myself to the investigate things, since I had no trust in any human being at all. And I am joyful I have found him.

When you have the Knowledge of Christ, no other knowledge or doctrine surpasses it.

We are often consumed with School projects, work schedules, recreations, sport activities, politics, all at the expense of making time to acquire knowledge to guard our lifestyle in obedience to Christ.

I tell the Truth, that you really have to desire to know, and when you know you will know that you know, by his grace.

It is not about what people do in ignorance in the name of God, but you as an individual, have you drawn the line?

How do you reconcile this statement with yours. 1 tim. 3;16 says God came down as man in the person of Jesus christ. This is the mystery which JW's cannot understand.

THE TRUE STORY AND INTERPRETATION OF THE ABOVE SURAH;

Mohammed adopted a young slave called ZAID, zaid was very intelligent and hard working.
Mohamed gave his niece(Zainab) to Zaid to marry, he mohammed performed all the necessary marriage rites for his son Zaid and Zainab(mohammeds niece) became Mrs. Zaid.
One day mohammed went to his adoptive Son's house to look for him, when he arrived, Zaid was not around and as he didn't annouced his arrival before met his niece/daughter-in-law half naked. As mohammed saw the half nakedness of his Niece/daughter-in- law. felt sexually for her, raped this young girl.

Later as Zaid returned from his errands, his wife Zainab told him all that has happened during his absence.

Zaid, knew what will happened to him if he didn't play his cards well.

Zaid kisses his dear and lovely wife for the last time and went to his father and prophet mohammed's house.

He met his father and prophet mohammed and complained to him that he want to divorce his wife Zainab.

Mohamed instead of using his position as father and a prophet to reconcile the marraige (because he knew what he has done and want to do) agreed to the divorce.

Zaid with tears divorced his royal, beautiful and lovely wife Zainab.

Fellow reader, that very day Zaid divorced his wife, his father/ prophet Mohammed married Zainab.

As the news spread about what the prophet had done, mohammed quickly started shaking telling the people that the Angel Gabriel has come hence the Surah 33 vrs 37.

From that day the followers of Mohammed can marry their adoptive's son's wives.

Remember the true God of Isreal and Abramham is a Holy God, never will he tell his prophet to rape and marry their daughters-in-laws.

ALLAH CAN BE A god BUT CAN NEVER BE THE TRUE AND HOLY GOD OF ABRAMHAM, ISAAC AND JACOB (ISRAEL).

Now if Mohammed (s.a.w) makes up the Quran like you proclaim, 1. he would say he is God, or he should be worshipped, or he is mighty, but his traditions are the most humble and why is the Quran full of praise for Jesus, Mary, Abraham, Moses and not Mohammed´s father, mother, wives, children, or Arabs for that matter, but talks about mankind, believing men and women?
if it is from a god not the almighty, why would He claim to be the God of Abraham, Moses, etc. creator of heaven and earth. Why would he fill the Quran with messages of doing good and avoiding evil.
Which other God can reveal a book that tells of all the secrets of the world hidden in science etc which are being discovered gradually with high technology in modern day.
which god, by his book and guidance have people to live in countries, with less crime, prostitution, murder,gays, transexuals, greedy and corrupt leaders, gay priests, disease, evil etc. which god is this?

God´s beloved prophet, who was beaten by the arabs until the blood from his body soaked his slippers, just because he told them to throw away all their idols and worship their creator, the one and only God Allah, the God of Abraham, Moses, Jesus.

This same man who was given the sharia law that, severely punishes unmarried people who have sex in order to ward off others. A law which has proven to be the best law in minimising prostitution, gays, abortion, disease, rape etc.
You call this man a rapist? Where and from whom and through what did you hear that he raped zaid´s wife leading to the release of this surah. The Quranic verses were sent down piecemeal during his entire life so that mankind would understand and have answers from a man who lived a simple life, a husband, a trader, a teacher, a worshiper of God, so people can relate to him. Would it be right if anybody could just asume that because any prophet of God visited somebody, which they all did, they ended up raping them? I wish you know just by an atomic weight who you have ridiculed and slandered. But if he was alive and you say this his followers would be so angry but he would say to you. He forgave you because you dont know what you are saying. You therefore have a chance to repent before you stand on the judgment day to explain why your level of intelligence can lead you to hate a man so much as to say evil against him infront of the world. I guess God will forgive you if you research, ask and read about this man so you know the truth and take away the dark shield from your eyes, heart and soul. The knowledge hungry people of Western countries are doing it and fast becoming muslims. type in google to find the rate. Why are Africans the last to do anything, until obroni tells us this is what is right. why cant we read and find it out ourselves. Jesus told us lack of knowledge, we perish yet, we dont know the corners of our bible in order to know anything about the Quran and Torah.

Now you see the judgement? Mohammed is a great sinner because, He has caused his adoptive son's wife to commit adultery and he (mohammed) has commited adultery because he has married a divorced woman.

How can such a sinner becomes a prophet? tell me?

This is what the True and Holy God, whos's name is IAM THAT IAM is saying.

Stop following that sinner and come to Jesus and you will be saved. Amen.

Paul wrote prophetically, indeed. In one of the letters of John, He posed a question "Who is a child of God?" John answers by saying " He who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God"

Ladies and gentlemen, in all religions there is something good. This is is because God has put in the heart of man his law. So, there is teaching on love, avoiding fornication until marriage, abstinence from stealing, kindness etc. Some of the teachings are presented in the form of poetry. Even the most serial killer can sometimes exhibit these qualities from time to time in public.

What God is saying, is that have an awareness that one day you will die, but you will have your Life back. That Life is in Christ Jesus.

Satan steals obvious good things and hybridizes them with hidden falsehood, and that is deception.

The teachings, preachings and books of Abraham, Moses, David, etc, were relagated and even made unimportant.

In order to make the Jews more bitter, he made the one they hated and betrayed a god. He even boldly broke the highest of all the commandments of God, though shall not bow before ANYTHING to bow before icons (idols) whose identity even the worshippers are not sure of because it was drawn more than 5 centuries after the events. Certainly the painter being european made the symbol european to get the Jews to feel even more bitter. This bitterness the europeans had and their will for their own god different from the Jewish ( the so called chosen ones) whom Jesus came specially for ( read about the woman telling him "even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from the children table mathew 15:27)

Jesus clearly tells us the only way: only he who does the will of the Father shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Mat 7:21

He did not get people to believe and worship saints. He did not bring a book where 90% of it is considered by the believers as archaic and not good. type into google ( violence in the bible. You would think you never read the bible before.
He did not leave behind a religion that is used to oppress and loot- I mean slavery ( find out what the KKK is about and what their foundation is), apartheid in south africa, 2nd world war, slavery, colonialism, rwanda, etc etc etc. find out how many people lost their lives and property in this circumstances and who are behind it.

After mohammed took Zaid's(his adopted son) wife from him, he (mohammed) took his adopted son with him to the market place and denounced his adoption of Zaid and sent Zaid back into slavery.

After his denouncement the former owner of Zaid took Zaid back into his house as a Slave and you can imagined the hardship this poor Zaid went through.
