He said the attempt to validate the Pink Sheets was the clearest testament to the validity of the issues raised by the three NPP leaders – Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Jake Obtsebi-Lamptey in their petition to the Supreme Court.

He said a major plank of the NPP’s case was that thousands of Pink Sheets had not been signed as required by the electoral laws of the country and were therefore invalid.

The belated attempt to sign them, he said, was to right the wrong which the NPP was pointing to.

He said it was curious that the EC, which in its response to the petition denied that some Pink Sheets had been considered valid even though they were unsigned, was now seeking to procure signatures on the sheets.

He said the petitioners would notify the Supreme Court of the attempt to tamper with evidence in the custody of the EC.

NPP wants to use kalabule law, like how they CHARGED THE MAN WHO WAS SEEN HOLDING YAA NAA'S BODY PARTS WITH "MURDER", INSTEAD OF "POSSESSION OF BODY PARTS", in order to free him in court.

Of you have any problem don't blame SC but blame yourajama NDC and EC for letting you down and never mentioned coup d'stars as that aren't gonna happen as Ghana has long pass that. On the other hand, which part of Akan Region did you come from; whether from Fanti, Akuapim, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo etc. Please tell me, you don't seem like an Akan citizen but having Akan name. If EC staff are now seeking signatures of electoral officials for the December elections then that is very disturbing, especially when that is one of matters being complained of by NPP at the Supreme Court. How silly and criminal for them to do so? If investigations prove that they acted as reported then they should be tried and jailed for attempting to perverting the cause of justice.

Again, there is the urgent need to find out if these officers were acting on instructions from above and if so, who instructed them? If any official (be it from the EC or a politician) directed them to do so, that or those officials/politicians should be dealt with severely.

I did not believe that EC officials could be that stupid and criminally minded to act so. What beats my imagination is why they are doing this since the lack of signature does not vary the results. Le's wait for the outcome of the investigations because whatever is reported by the media in Ghana, especially the private ones is often not the what has happened but part thereof or completely false.

I suggest NPP apply to the Supreme Court for all election materials to be locked under key and the keys given to the Supreme Court to avoid any similar manipulations by the EC.

For Owusu Parry to suggest that, the unsigned pink sheets which by law ought to have been signed to make the results valid, shows clearly that, he does not have a full understanding and appreciation of the laws concerning elections and the authenticity of valid votes cast. He most definitely does not need to be where he currently is at the Electoral commission. His clear support of such an outstanding illegality ie the signing of unsigned pink sheets which invalidates the votes of a constituency per the electoral rules, calls for his immediate arrest and persecution for seeking to tamper with evidence. Again, one question one needs to ask is how did the sheets get back to the officers in that constituency? Was it Owusu Parry who gave it to them or Afari Gyan? It was for this and other reasons that, the defendants ie the NDC and the EC wanted at all cost, for the petitioners to provide them with better particulars so they could correct them thereby rendering the evidence of the petitioners inconsequential. The elections were fraudently called for disputed President Mahama, and the right thing to do at this point, is to call for an early re-election to put matters to rest, because, there is collusion by the actions of the EC to steal the very mandate of the people and this should not be made to stand.

There is simply no justification to cancel the votes of Ghanaian voters who stood in the hot sun for hours and voted in good faith because a stupid Presiding Officer was in a hurry and failed to sign the pink sheet. Why are we involved in let my vote count campaign if we will accept that some votes be cancelled in this manner. This will be double standards if anybody shouts on platforms for his vote to count and yet thinks other votes be cancelled for the stupidity of an electoral officer.
The validity of the pink sheets can be proved if the party agents and others have signed.
It will be childish to seek the cancellation of such valid votes of innocent citizens who have only voted in good faith. If such cancellations are allowed then you can bet what other mischievous electoral officers can do in the future.
We should be principled when we shout LET MY VOTE COUNT
