What is government doing about Ghacem's monopoly that is making cement cost here than in Europe. Anybody coming into the country has to play by their rules so no matter how many companies come in prices will stay the same. Is ...

if it won;t get hard on ship..Ready mix (rock,sand,cement) can be had in usa at www.homedepot.com or www.lowes.com for $3 for 50 pound bags
