This is a clear indication how stupid and senseless Ghanaian soldiers are. If Chinese can mine our gold as they please while use full force on Ghanaian civilians? As usual Ghanaian soldiers are paid to wage wars on unarmed civilians and market women -the only wars they can fight. This is the work of the police and not these uncivilised soldiers. Why do we keep and pay these animals for them to kill us? This can happen only in Ghana but not in any civilised country. They can not fight any war against any foreign agressor. God save Ghana.

Surely, there are some very decent and disciplined Ghanaian soldiers. Some have participated in peacekeeping operations, but the majority excel only in brutalizing civilians, because they have the monopoly of armaments of war - for now. Our experiences under military rule confirm this.

If you want real men when you refer to soldiers, then talk about soldiers in Uganda, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Burundi,Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, and of course soldiers of world powers - soldiers who have experienced actual baptism of enemy fire.

These men who ran are not cowards. The playing field is not level. If a time comes in Ghana, God forbid, when circumstances call for every able-bodied person to bear arms, civilians will no longer be terrified of soldiers, as they are now.
