    you are wrong! "the lady lend him." he can borrow from her but she cannot borrow him money in that context. so grammatically the writer is right.

    Think it's really true bcos this same guy took money from a lady in UK few years back to tk to Ghana on behalf of her auntie n he spent it. He's very disgraceful which I know him very well. Not surprise of this
