  When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

  I predict here and now that there is nothing worthwhile that will come out of this commission and it is not because of the qualifications and or the intellect of its board members but because this investigation is mandated to look issues from the wrong starting point.
  We charge people in Ghana for wrong doing or acts of moral turpitude because we have laws on the books that define what society deems to be rules for the living.
  The issue of Ghana's judgment debts can only be solved if and when our justices on Ghana's court benches, the office of the presidency and the clowns in parliament come to understand and or point to statutes/laws governing the two activities that constitute a legal public bid or closed procurement contract. What are Ghana's best practices and procedures governing government procurements?
  We are in this mess because we have governments headed by the executive branch using Ghana's money to buy things without oversight and hence allowing the president and his/her cronies to disburse national funds as if it were their own private stash. For example under what authority and legal standing did Kufour have as president of the republic to override the public bid process of Ghana's stadia renovation? Under what articles of the presidency did Kufour unilaterally grant a contract to a Chinese company while on a visit to China? Under what laws of Ghana did the Electricity Corp of Ghana have to grant a contract to Kufour’s son to sell non standardized electric meters to the ECG for onward sale to Ghana's electricity consumers? We need to start with laws and or potential absence of laws that has been the practices of governments. When our procedures and practices are clearly defined we can then hold people responsible for those breaches. Until then these kangaroo commissions are just a stage for grandstanding.
