I believe contrary to what coach Appiah is saying (maybe he is saying that to build up the psych of the players) but I think the pitch will make more problems for the stars and they should be very mindful of that fact. The key to any player's performance is their ability to quickly bring balls under control and on a bad pitch this can be hazardous. The Stallions have played all their games on this pitch. The stars have played all their games on better pitches and could not train on this dangerous pitch to be any form of 'familiarization'. I believe the Stallions are most advantaged by this. The Stars have to be extra careful in either eighteen boxes, not to concede penalties and also be able to bring balls under control to shoot at goal. I have my fears. History doesn't mean anything when the whistle blows.
