  THIS IS SILLY AND HOBBLEDEHOY CASE .,RIDERS MUST LEARN EVEN POLICE DID NOT ASK LINCENCE., ONLY HELMET HUMAN BEING DONT WANT TO ABIDE IT,FINE OF 300.00 IS SMALL.

  Three months in prison for no helmet. Ten years for stealing planting. Five years for stealing a chicken. Ghana should be reported to International Criminal Court. Life in North Korea is better.

  The sentence was not three months , the 3 months sentence was only if the defendant defaulted on paying the fine. There is a big difference . No offence intended .

  What about the policemen some of who are also ridding motor bikes without wearing helmet and at times these motor bikes are not registered

  The charge of not wearing a helmet should have been in addition to causing death by reckless riding. Police prosecutors need to wake up!
