    How many countries in Africa enjoy electricity for even 3 days non-stop? How many countries in Africa has even 50% of the population connected to electricity? Not even Nigeria, with all their oil wealth and economic prowess.

    in Abidjan (Ivory Coast), electricity is almost constant. Rarely any issues. OS year, some Africans do enjoy constant electricity.

    How did they get their 72% from, I wonder? In Ghana, anyone just conjures up some obscure statistics to hoodwink the public. The quality of service is appalling to a large extent.
