  OH my goodness six months without water you have to be kidding me right? How many more years is it going to take Ghana, a country to solve its water problem? This has been going on far too long and I think the problem is not appointing the right people for the jobs. As a manager of water plant you should have a daily inspection of all your filters to make sure everything is working properly like it should. You don't wait for all the filters to damage before you take action. Now the poor people who have no water reservoirs in their homes are going to be out of water for six months. Where have you heard such nonsense? Water is a basic commodity that no living thing can do without and is about time people who are put in charge should be held accountable.
