l agree with you in the sense that the powers of these three arms of government be balanced or well defined.The judiciary,cabinet and parliament.though they overlaps, it should't be seen as domineering but for check and balan ...

l agree with you in the sense that the powers of these three arms of government be balanced or well defined.The judiciary,cabinet and parliament.though they overlaps, it should't be seen as domineering but for check and balances.For that matter parliament should not be influenced by any external body,party and what have, once seated or constitute into a house as an arm of government,just as the judiciary and the cabinet

Well spoken.Even in so called mature democracies the one winner take all attitude is slowly destroying democracy as we know it.Most members of parliament are merely seat warmers.
