    Minister Tetteh, welcome to the seat. First and foremost,the location of our embassy in Paris is a shame. It is as if Ghana is hiding from the french, besides its location poses security problems.

    You're right. These theoreticians lack commonsense. 20 page document? MP's won't take the time to read them all. All the masters and doctorates people have in Ghana have made no difference. We need visionaries not bookworms

    Dr. Seems you do not understand the nature of the job of ministers. Ministers are not technocrats, they do not need to be knowledgeable in the workings of the ministries before they are appointed to head them.

    Your suggestion is sound. A good vision statement, however, should not require a lot of writing. Some 2,500 words (10 pages, double line spacing)should do.
