    This statistic is wrong in Ghana I expect this figure to be around 70%.In a country where almost all the major cities do not get free flow of pipe borne water where do you expect the people to shit probably in the castle.

    According to the UN, India is number one open-defecation country, nigeria is number 5 & surprisingly, ghana is not even in the top ten.
