  What the people of Yendi in particular and Dagbaung at large should know is that, NO politician can bring peace to their land except DAGOMBAS themselves!. Let the Dagomba youth continue to fool themselves that NDC or NPP would bring peace to their land and they would be living in a fool's paradise. I urge all youth in Dagbanug to wise up and be peace ambassadors.

  If we blame the MCE,in the final analysis, who suffers? This is one of the reasons your area is not developed. How many people from the South would willingly take appointments to work there? How many seasoned doctors,nurses,teachers etc will want to work there when even your own people are running away from there.You the elders make yourselves stupid to be fooled by,NPP, NDC and other politicians,deluding in yourselves that they can solve the problem of chieftaincy for you. OK, celebrate that festival, fight,burn your towns and village. If you don't have that much qualification and you migrate to the South,they will make you do menial work and disrespect you. Who do you blame then. At this time who takes such festival to the extent that if the MCE does not visit one faction, there can be trouble. Such festivities are now just ceremonial. My friends, don't allow yourselves to be fooled anymore. Ask Mahama and Bawumia how many times they visit their hometowns.
