That is, if NPP knew that NDC joining the suit would give the the opportunity not to complain after the case, then why waste time by objecting to that the application for that opportunity? This does not make sense to me, except that, it was just a waste of time that NPP could have avoided it.

These NPP guys think that they are smart. You see them shifting the goal post on every ocassion. In one breadth they tell the whole world that the rules will never allow the NDC to be joined and that the application will be jettissoned. The impression is created as if good lawyers can only be found in the NPP. Meanwhile these are all a huge hoax. Today theNDC has previaled and we hear Sir John now coming to say that it hopes the NDC will accept the verdict of the Supreme Court when the NDC looses. What he failed to do and deliberately so was to also tell his guys that they should accpt the verdict of the supreme court in the event they also lose. Ghanaians, do forget this: the NPP has discredited the securoty forces, the electoral commission, the Peace Council among others. We should not forget that they have already prepared our minds regarding the compositio of the panel of the Supreme court. Should they lose, which I am sure will be the cae, they will decend on the members f the panel who=se verdict will go against them.WATCH THIS SPACE

This is one of the cases where the judges may have to ignore some evidence to protect the national image and interest. The lesson here is that next time be vigilant while the elections are on-going. That's unfortunate, but sadly that's what it comes down to.

This is where we can say, the rule of is taking its coarse without interference from no where. Tolerance is another important element in the function of true democracy. Therefore the suprem court final decision must be accepted irrespective of where it falls. However my main worry is, supreme court allowed government to be formed while a case of its magnitude is in progress? Is it constitutional right for such move to be done? That thing alone will brig a huge controvercy after the decicsion is made. My advice to both sides of political parties is that they must show maturity, restraint and of all TOLERANCE. thx
