why Ghana, are we still in the dark ages which gives ultimate power for the president to elect DCE's and MCE's, lets get back to commonsense, there shouldn't be any secret voting of such official after president nominates, no, not ever, they must elected and accepted by the people as a president is done likewise bcos whenever they are appointed for work they don't account to the people it makes them feel ontop of the world, there are always a feud btn MCE's and MP's, this is bcos the former is appointed whether the people like him or not, this shouldnt be so cos if we are practicing american democracy then let's do it well, senators are elected, so therefore the constitution must be revised on such appointees
