  It is a stupid idea to give laptops to students who can't even pay their school fees. Plus, how many students can be given these laptops? Why not build a big hi-tech institutions in all ten regions and sub regions as well as rural and urban areas so that all students can take advantage of the so called laptops? How many students will get a hold of these laptops? And how many are still in need of it? What percentage of students were not given these laptops? and how many of them will feel left out? Mahama is not wise. He has no one to advise him because all the NDC goons are hollow headed. They have no brains in their coconut heads.
