Yesterday I read that the Mahama government is contemplating "creating a new ministry called: Ministry of Oil and Gas, which the chiefs of the western region are lobbying for the minister to be appointed from that region. So, what will be the functions of the current ministry of Energy and Petroleum? Can’t we use the money to create a new ministry to build more latrines for the deprived people? Negro will never wise up!!

What the guy in the picture was busy doing is very UNHEATHY to mankind and our government can't build more latrines to accommodate such eyesores and disgraceful acts? The professor says it costs Ghana about $79 million a year on this foolishness, but still the Negro doesn't know that it will cost less than one tenth of that amount to construct proper latrines to take care of these people.
Yes, and again, the Prof said about 4.8 million people in Ghana are shitting all over the place like real DOGS. THAT'S AMAZING in the 21st century!!

At an army base, the enlisted men and women had only two small latrines (restrooms). In each latrine the men had 4 urinals and 4 stalls while the women only had 6 stalls. So the women complained about the inequality.

A woman elected to press the complaint through channels, was told at every point, "That's just the way it is." So finally, when she reached the commanding officer, she was so frustrated that she threatened to sue the army if the women's latrine wasn't made equal with the men's. The General finally gave in to her and told her that he would have it made equal, and that's the last thing he wanted to hear about it. The woman agreed and left.

For the next week, all the women had to use just one latrine while the other was closed for the new renovations. At the end of the week the women were all excited as they entered the new latrine. The next thing you know, shrieks and curses were heard.

The rest of the week the men kept noticing that the line at the women's latrine was twice as long as it use to be. Finally, one of the men went over and asked why. He was told that instead of adding 2 new stalls, so things would be equal, they removed 2 stalls and put in 4 urinals.

The moral of this story is that, sometimes its better to accept "That's just the way it is." as an answer, rather than complaining about the ways of nature.

The best thing to do is to build a lot of public toilet in the city and that's the only way to solve the problem.

There needs to be far more education on the problems this causes. Lots of workmen and security personnel are employed on the estate where we live. They use the open ground around our house as their toilet. Instead of digging a hole and covering up their waste they just leave it causing a terrible stench. They seem unaware of the potential health problems to themselves, when they reuse the same area, and to others from the flies that are attracted to the faeces. Animals do not have tools or knowledge and can be excused for leaving their waste on open ground, surely human beings can do better!

This is because hygiene and proper sanitation practice improves the health of individuals.
