  The ruling government needs to ensure the smooth running of the capitation Grant policy in Ghana. This will go a long way to help needy and poor kids to have access to free and quality education. There are so many children who are eager to be in school but abject poverty has blocked their access to proper education. We can't survive as a nation when our youth do not get the opportunity to be educated. The government also has to make sute that the cash being pumped into the implementation of the policy are reasonably enough,and get to the school children who are the beneficiaries of the whole idea of abolishing school fees in our dear country. Also, those thieves in the various sectors where the money is distributed should be aware that Anas is paying them a visit.
