    I am happy that Mosquito has also filed into the case as these dubious NPP would ahve hinged on interpretations of the constitution that NDC is not a citizen to be part of the suit!!! Better days ahead!!!

    I am saddened by the fact that the government is forced to deploy such level of security for a court case hearing all because some people have opted to run a parallel street court and raise unnecessary tensions!

    THE CONSTITUTION IS CLEAR ABOUT WHO CAN FILE A PETITION. SIMPLE, STRAIGHT FOWARD CLAUSE, THAT NEEDS NO LEGAL BRAIN TO UNDERSTAND. NOW, ASIEDU NKETIA HAS SEEN THAT AFTER ALL THE NPP HAS LEGAL BRAINS.
