Funny enough for Yayi Boni, it was the constitutional Court of Benin which legitimized his presidency after his main challenger accused the Election Authorities in Benin of rigging the elections in favour of Yayi Boni.

It is of such events that brings wars
and troubles in some of the African countries who does not understand the
rule of law and think if they go to court it would be a waste of time.

As a result the whole world are attentively watching very closely the
Judges handling this particular case
which their pronouncements would be
a deterent to many other African Country Leaders that it is not only
taking of arms or go to wars can
determine and prove the legitimate
winner of an election but the rule of
law can also work very effectively
without a lost of a blood.

Therefore Supreme Court Judges in Ghana you are all urged to tell Mahama
and his NDC they lost the elections,
therefore they are not credible enough
to administer the nation, this will
set out clear mandate and deterent to
many other African Nations whose Leaders are power drunk and don't want to give up power when they are lost but to try and use force to lord hemselves over the majority of people in their country.

Ghana should set up a typical example
in other to eschew conflicts and wars

Just check it out.

In terms of democratic credentials, Benin Republic is far ahead of Ghana. To take you a bit down memory lane, when Matthew Kerekou was military head of state and refused to conduct elections, the citizens demonstrated for a very long period which forced him to step aside. An election was held which brought in Nicephore Soglo. After the first term of Soglo, another election was held. Kerekou contested as one of the Presidential candidates and won clean and fair. The election results over there never became a subject of litigation as your defeated uncle Akuffo Addo is now behaving and crying like a madman and wants hell to break loose.

It is amazing that some people still believe John Agyekum Kuffour (kromfour) to be a member of NPP. Kuffour has never been NPP member and would never be a member. It was a ploy to ride on the ticket of NPP to fame and in the end dump the NPP. That was a well orchestrated plan between him and JJ Rawlings to foil the plans of NPP, which actually worked(thanks to that useless Afari Djan). Do you remember how Rawlings use to insult Kuffour in public and still Kuffour went ahead with the reconciliation plan? That was part of a comprehensive plan. Let everybody believe that we are enemies in public but lovers in secret. Rawlings was damn scared of Akuffo. He knew he would surely spend the rest of his life in jail. That is why they (NDC) sponsored Kuffour to come into NPP to thwart the efforts of NPPS. I knew from the start that this useless Kuffour wasn't a member of "Kumepreko" group. Everything he did towards the end of his term was a mere portrayal of his diabolical intentions to disrupt the plans of Akuffo winning the elections after him and hauling JJ Rawlings to jail. I had the premonitions that this would be the end. For this reason, this doesn't surprise me one little bit. Kuffour and Afari Djan have totally sold the Akans and Ghanaians for that matter. Kuffour should forever keep his stinking mouth shut, because he is a known NDC member. Kuffour kromfour, now we know who you are. Yaya Boni's actions will not have any influence on the judges. I am strongly confident that God the Almighty will direct the judges to be free, fair, transparent and unprejudiced. The chaos and confusion was brought about by Afari Gyan. He was advised not to create the 45 new constituencies within 40 days to an election because it would create an uncountable complications but he was so wooden headed not to listen to the good people of Ghana. It was all because he had an agenda to rig the elections. Afari gyan could not have rigged the election if he did not create the 45 new constituencies. But God will intervene so lets see what comes up next.

2. How can any self-respecting "statesman" as the ex-President calls himself, announce publicly that a reputable visiting AU President's statements should be ignored?

3. By revealing the gist of his confidential conversation with a visiting dignatary, isn't Kufuor re-affirming the popular view that he, himself, can never be entrusted with any private or confidential matter?
