The police have been cooperative and it is not for this 'young' guy to determine whether the reason is tanible or not. He can assert his rights in court.

Let them demonstrate while the police videotape the march and document the participants and their actions. Then the arrests can follow at the obra spot. They can even broadcast the demonstration so that all can see. Wearing of masks will be interpreted as intention to further break the law (cause mayhem) and will warrant instant arrest, questioning, statements and release (within 24 hours)on the basis of suspicion.

They are the children of chiefs and Kings so they deserve to rule, whether they rule right or not, whether they win the elections or not. If they lose , there must be something wrong with the electorate, the electoral commission, the electoral system, or the electoral system. Nothing can ever be wrong with them because they are blue blooded princes. How can you win election in 2 out of 8 regions and think you have a right to rule? How can you have a winning president working with a parliament in which he has a minority of 25 less parliamentarians? Parliament will reject most of the things including the budget that the President will present. Governance will break down.

In politics, power is defined as national strength or authority. This national strength or authority is exercised to maintain the peace, stability and tranquility of a nation. When one is entrusted with this power it is his duty to exercise this power without fear or favor to ensure that the country is always calm and peace. It is in light of this that any individual or group of individuals with diabolical intention to disturb the peace of all, should be brought to book by the full exercise of power, though with circumspection. Before, during and after the Ghanaian election, there is a clear indication that some group of wicked individuals wants the country to be ungovernable. This is proven from their utterances backed by their actions. They have pursued this cause consistently. In my opinion, they continue on this path because the power of the Ghanaian vested in the present government has not been fully exercised to tame these groups of miscreants.

To me, the earlier the government let the NPP know that NDC are in control, the better for the nation. How can a government in power sit down and fold its arms and allow the opposition to misbehave to the disadvantage of the peace of the citizenry. I suggest that it is high time the security agencies let the NPP know that their impunity has an extent to which it can go. Let me remind everybody that, Ghana is in Africa. Ghana is not United States or Britain. In Africa, if you treat your opponents with kid’s gloves you do so at your own risk. The recklessness of the NPP must stop now. They are gradually destroying the country, because they are bunch of selfish individuals
