What other proofs do you need to establish the much pronounced irregularities in the just ended election?

Certainly, the 'victor' will say, it was free and fair, while the 'vanquished' says otherwise; it is anticipated, that's why there is provision in the constitution for redress of such disputes.

The truth and facts as laid before the independent arbiter (SC)by both parties to the dispute, will be examined under the microscope and in accordance with the provisions of the constitution, and judgment will then be pronounced accordingly.

In the absence of Supreme Court judgment, all other expressed opinions are speculations and sentimental. Why can't we wait patiently for the outcome of this great democratic case, but rather jump the gun?

We as people, if we can really reason as humankind as being postulated, why should we try to undo each other through cheating and fraud, after so many years of investment of large sums of money to deepen our democracy?

Where was Dr. Mills when his brother, late President Mills sought out for Dr. Duffour to handle that ministry. The most important question Ghanaians should ask is, "Has Dr. Duffour prooved his worth to occupy the position?" If he has prooved to handle the ministry and for that matter the economy well, why should President Mahama change him just to create a memorable imprint on Ghanaians by replacing Dr Duffour with Dr Mills? One single act that all Ghanaians applauded President Mills was Dr Duffour's appointment as Finance Minister.

In my opinion, the best indelible memory President Mahama can leave for his former boss is to continue The Better Ghana Agenda they started and work hard daily to fulfill the promises he has made to ALL GHANAIANS, irrespective of their political affiliation, gender, religion or ethnicity. He who the cap fits, let him wear it; if it is not broken, you don't fix it. I bet that will be his message to Ghanaians in his re-election campaign in four years for Ghanaians to keep him. So far the gentleman Duffour has earned the respect and admiration of both parties and has proved his worth as a dynamic finance minister within this four trying years of worsening global economy; yet he has held his position with admiration. Why would top branded lawyers risk their professional reputations in what is likely to be the most important and most publiced case constitutional case in Ghana's history by deciding to accept instruction to fight a case without good evidence. Clearly they have looked at the case and the evidence supporting it and in their top professional opinion the evidence the NPP has collected is sufficiently strong to warrant going to the Supreme Court with a more than reasonable chance of winning.
If they sincerely believed the NPP evidence be so weak that there was no chance of winning - why would these top flight lawyers take the case on?

We all followed the results on Radio,TV and Internet one by one.There were polling agents,Observers,Journalists, Electoral officials and Security officers at every polling station with modern voting machines.I find it difficult to understand why NPP could not see the rigging and fraud during the elections but only to challenge after the declaration of the winner.If you make mistakes in life you pay dearly for it.The constitution gives the right to challenge but does not say anywhere that the Supreme Court has the right to overturn results.This is what Gbagbo did in Ivory Coast which led to lot of blood shed.By the way,any sore loser could fabricate stories to create the impression that he was cheated.I know NPP will reject the verdict of the Supreme Court and even from the International Court of Justice.The court will only blame NPP and punish them for negligence because they did not do their home work well.I'm sure the judges are aware of the sitution and will never give our democracy to the abongo boys.
