I now understand why we export our jubilee oil for refinery. but I think we as a country can consider retrofitting TOR so that it can meet the specification required to refine our sweet light oil in some few years. we must no ...

I now understand why we export our jubilee oil for refinery. but I think we as a country can consider retrofitting TOR so that it can meet the specification required to refine our sweet light oil in some few years. we must not opt exporting our oil for refinery for all the years ahead.
