I don't think the IMF n the World Bank don't give us solutions to our problems, rather it's we as a country who doesn't not learn from the cause of our mismanagement n the foolish economic decisions our politicians take that affect us, for example, the last time we went to IMF they advised we can't pay nurses and teacher training allowances because we didn't have the money, but the Nana Addo promised if voted into power he will do it, this was a very wise political decision to give u power but very foolish economically, free education is yet another very wise political decision but very foolish economic decision because u can't borrow to do it without collapsing your economy as we have it today, so it's not the IMF that's not solving our economic problems but rather our foolish economic decisions.

Uncle, i think you know the problem and just to serve a reminder it's the same old problems that led our forebears to sort independence from the colonial administrators. At the root is the perception that the black man was somehow inferior to the colonial administrator and is found on the short end of the stick most of the time and Dr Nkrumah infact acknowledge this fact when he unashamedly declared that in the journey towards self governance mistakes will be made and lessons will be learnt implying that mistakes when made should not be damned but learnt from and our current president in his inaugural speech also captured the fact that thus far the journey hasn't been so smooth made up of a lot of lows and very few highs

As scandalous as it may sound, Ghana at almost 70 years can't take care of itself, that is our collective totality doesn't add up to positivity

You are correct Sah. How can Traore consult the World Bank and IMF? All Burkinabe know they needed power to grind the rocks to take out the gold. No westerner would provide the power. So, why not get the Russians into the act? No Ghanaian ieader has the guts to ban the export of unrefined gold. Not Bawumia, not Mahama. Right now. SAD!!! WE NEED HIGHER ORDER LEFT EADERS.
