    You know the addresses and telephone number of the applicants why not contact them?
    Incompetence and theavery at it's best.
    They deliberately created the whole scenario. So they can cover up for stolen state funds.

    It's Uganda now in Ghana, because the situation in Uganda is the passports have not been collected, but paid for. I need the ghana situation, the passports have not been processed yet the money has been collected.
