He must be guarded by his honest conscience and good integrity not to give any unfair ruling. Dr Opuni from all indications is innocent of the charges meted against him. We know in this country that our justice system is so compromised and bias but Justice Aboagye Tandoh shall be truthful and unbiased to give a fair ruling that would vindicate Dr Opuni.

No prosecutor would proceed with such a case if they saw all the credible information that the defense witnesses are testifying with in court. The state has clearly shown that it had no basis to court.

His deliberate erejection of the 18 documents which had been admitted in court as evidence through the prosecution witnesses without objection by both prosecutors and defendants lawyers is the most bizarre thing ever in the court. It's getting embarrassing every day that the AG has a bad case.
