For GFA to even consider offering the Black Stars coaching job to Asamoah who doesn't have coaching experience at any level is really a sad commentary on the state of affairs of the country. Just because Asamoah has a coaching certificate only doesn't mean he will be an excellent coach. Some thing like this will only happen in a third world country. In advanced countries, you can all the certificates and qualifications, but without any work experience, you will be hard pressed to find a job anywhere.
