Naa reneged on his promise to uphold the AMAMERE, thus undermining the intelligence of members of the Council of State
Naa has not observed the AMAMERE and must follow the due process as enshrined in the AMAMERE.

Granted that the argument makes sense, is the A-G saying that the President disregarded rule of law when the president assented to the E-levy bill before the determination of the suit in respect of that bill by the same Supreme Court.?.
