When the Ofori Atta must go was initiated by the NPP , they eventually changed their mind at the blind side of the NDC and all of them voted to keep him. But when the NDC had similar chance to vote against the E-Levy , some of them secretly joined the NPP to vote in favor of that unpopular tax .
