If you are wise enough like you are trying to exhibit here with your sea promise, you should have rather said your planes to Centralize the Railway System to connect all the Regions with the Railways which would solve the Economy problems in a reasonable cost while, solving the expensive Hauling cost of goods and serving the people with a safe traveling to and from. With the Railway system. Nothing gets damage or spoiled after hours of transporting goods on rail. What a useless proposal. Why do you even think as to why Burkina-Faso has made a contribution to connect its Railways through ports of Ghana for their goods to be transported safe than that of the roads ? Mr. Cheddar man, take some more hours to sleep and come here again with your Mission Impossible project which you may not even live to see it. Dirty politics. As of today we still have the next generation kids learning under tress.
