In the first place, Ghana’s has I received only a second tranche of the total IMF bailout. That makes the entire report misleading!

2. The article didn’t even paint such grim picture of Ghana’s economic prospects, it actually praised our efforts to get our economy out of the effects of the COVID-19 and the Ukrainian Russian wars related economy crisis, it was actually the reporter of Ghanaweb who paraphrased it as the third worst currency.

The report also opined that Ghana’s apparently doing better by managing our economy from the last quarter’s dire straits, and revealed that the country’s current investments outlook is very bright , and the fact that the debt restructuring is working makes the prospect even more brighter, but caution that the election year mad rush for the dollar should be watched closely and avoided,

And last, but not the least the Cedi is outperforming two of Africa’s economic giants , that’s the Nigerian Naira and the Egyptian Pound! I SHALL RETURN!

Oh, so you think we come here to gossip? Of course not! Just that we don’t want the NDC incompetent party to throw dust into the eyes of the Ghanaian voter again.

Where is the original report emanating from? And where in the report did the Cedi rated as the third worst currency in Africa, and also who presented the graph table? Well, they have given their opinion and its our responsibility to correct the misleading aspects of the article! This is not the first time people like myself have put the NDC on their toes. From 2012, after John Mahama, the incompetent kingpin got away with his biggest con-job ever, some of us vowed never to let him get away with his modus operandi, knowing him as a former passport connection man! And the fact that he was trained in Russia, we are forever ready to put him on check.

After all it’s a different thing altogether to win elections by any crooked ways, and entirely different thing altogether to govern effectively. Our duty is to deny him the former so that he doesn’t put Ghanaians in another five years of total darkness! I SHALL RETURN!

Ghana's debt to income ratio hovers around 80 to 95% -meaning for every gross dollar in GDP at least eighty cents of that goes toward paying down interest/debt. I doubt that Ghana pays all of its interest due annually, but you can't grow by immersing yourself with debt.

Ghana is financially domed. What country defaults on its obligations year after year yet continues to spend lavishly on luxuries?

So sad for the bankrupt Ghana. Don't anything the bankrupt Ghana government sells privately or publicly. Throwing good money toward the bad has never gotten one out of bankruptcy.
