People have long been working for 24hrs in Ghana not to talk of 12. Take institutions like the GHS, GPS,some departments in banks, etc. you shouldnt be struggling to define and explain your own policy or.....

The CJ statement was for the courts to run two shifts system 8:00am-1:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
How can you describe this has 24 hours.
It seems the ndc is hanging on any straw to justify their 24hours economy.
