Throughout my entire years in secondary school, there was nothing like that and did not even see the need.
The students who had just completed taking their final exam would pass on the past questions to the next in line, free of charge. Some school kept past questions in their libraries.
Our focus as the next graduating students was on pamphlets like Akiola and attending vacation classes.
Now the government has taking it upon himself to spend a huge part of the nation's budget to make photocopies of past questions and distribute to students, so what?
They can pass the SHS exam and for Ghanaians to say the Free SHS has been successful?

Now I get it. I'm beginning to understand why God created the blackman and the role he wanted us to play in the universe.
I rest my case.

The education minister Adutwum is bold enough to tell parliament that his ministry spent a whopping 68.5 million cedis just on packaging past questions from WASSCE for those students to study for their exams. Is this not a shame for the minister to rely on past questions as an intellectual. Parliament must probe the amount involved in this SCAM by the minister. The minister is a scammer and a thief. The amount spent on the passco is questionable and he must be made to explain it in parliament. Ghanaian students lack classroom, writing desks , books ,teachers with some students studying under trees and using cinder blocks as chairs and tables yet the minister spent 68.5 million cedis to secure past questions for an exam that is good for that particular year alone . What a waste. The minister of Education must be terminated immediately.
