Prof Kwaku Azar, the real legal issue that you have to address is whether CHRAJ can review actions or decisions of the Supreme Court. CHRAJ is an administrative body and its decisions are reviewable by the courts. Are the reliefs that Ayamga is seeking, if granted, enforceable against the CJ? Even if the issue that you raised is answered in the affirmative, that Ayamga was indeed arrested, CHRAJ is the wrong body for Ayamga to turn to.
