The Minister of Defence, Dr Edward Omane Boamah, is dead. Also confirmed dead is the Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed. This was confirmed by the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah.
