Sekondi, May 26, GNA- Mr Isaac Addei, Focal Person of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) in the Shama-Ahanta East Metropolis, on Monday called on the public to co-operate with community chairmen and collectors of premiums for the scheme to ensure that it took off well. He was speaking at a training programme on coding of houses for the scheme for about 60 chairmen and collectors from 32 electoral areas in the Metropolis at Sekondi.

Mr Addei who is also the Metropolitan Development Planning Officer, said the public especially landlords have to co-operate with the collectors during the exercise.

He said the house-to-house identification and coding process would soon begin and added that a Committee has been set up to facilitate the take off of the scheme in June.
