Fire rips through Royal TV building in Kumasi

Fire ripped through the offices of Royal Television in Kumasi in the Ashanti region, Wednesday, Ultimate Radio has reported.

The fire, according to reports caused considerable damage to the building before fire fighters arrived at the scene.

Although the Fire Service is yet to conduct investigations into the matter, the General Manager of the station, Kofi Fosu has blamed the outbreak on an electrical fault.

No casualties have so far been reported.
