Wa Adabiyat Islamic Primary gives girls skills

Wa, Aug 3, GNA - The Wa Adabiyat Islamic Primary and JSS has introduced batik, tie and dye making for girls of the school to equip them with skills.

Mr Godfrey B. Tangu, Municipal Chief Executive, praised the headmistress, Madam Assibi Kayo, for her foresight after inspecting some handiwork of the pupils at the school's first Open Day, on Saturday. Mrs Scholastica Gyiele, Municipal Director of Education, commended the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) for footing the allowances of the batik, tie and dye instructors.

Madam Kayo, praised the PTA for their support and appealed to individuals, groups and organisations for assistance.
