Sasso names Pastor Azigiza as Brand Ambassador

Pastor Victor Kpakpoe Addo was on Monday unveiled as the brand ambassador for Sasso Mosquito Spray.

Popularly known as “Azigiza Jnr” and well known for his role in the entertainment industry, Pastor Addo has now been tagged to spearhead the campaign to popularize the Sasso Spray.

The product, manufactured by Samara Company Limited is amongst the top mosquito spray brands on the market.

Pastor Addo said: ‘I am highly honoured for the opportunity, the responsibility and the confidence reposed in me and I assure the company that they will not regret in choosing me as the brand ambassador for Sasso.”

He said his experience in the religious and entertainment industry would be brought to bear as he seeks to promote and educate people about the uniqueness of Sasso.

Pastor Addo thanked the Company for the gesture and appealed for cooperation as he begins his new role.

Mrs Eunice Ankomaa Apraku, General Manager of Samara Company, said the Company was happy to have an icon and an ambassador, who will represent the Sasso brand at all times.

She said the Company considered many factors and “upon careful study in relation to character, integrity, selflessness, a great sense of humour and above all humility, we are proud to select Pastor Victor Kpakpoe Addo.”

Mrs Apraku said last year, Sasso was adjudged the “Top Emerging Brand by Premier Brand Ghana, a research institute, which rewards discipline in branding.

She said, as part of the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility effort, the company has over the past eight months donated a total of 100,000 branded exercise books to pupils nationwide through the regional representative in the 2014 Ghana’s Most Beautiful show by TV3 Network.
