Parent-Teacher Association expresses appreciation to MP

The Parent-Teacher Association PTA) of Addeikrom Local Authority Primary School in the Eastern Region, has expressed appreciation to Mr Baba Jamal, Member of Parliament (MP) for Akwatia, for donating a rlg brand laptop computer to the school.

The donation was through the efforts of Miss Lilly Braine, a teacher of the school, and founder of the Early Childhood and Youth Foundation, a non-governmental organization aimed at revitalizing education in the area.

Mr Joseph Teye, Circuit Supervisor of the Ghana Education Service, presented the item to Mr Harvey Botsoh, Headmaster of the school, at a PTA meeting.

Mr Teye lauded pupils of the school, who he said, their performance was beyond average, as far as a rural school was concerned.
