NIB enhances productivity through health walk

Staff of the National Investment Bank, NIB Greater Accra sector has embarked on a health walk in Accra on the theme, “NIB, Walking for good health.”

The walk which started at the El-Wak Sports Stadium and climaxed at the Ghana Air-force Sports Complex at Burma Camp was attended by staff from the Tema, Spintex, Accra and the Adentan-Madina branches.

Charles Wordey, Head of Corporate Affairs of National Investment Bank commended all for taking part in the first-ever health walk held by the bank. The walk, he said, was to foster unity and promote socialization.

According to Mr. Wordey, the walk was organized because the bank valued the health of its staff, partners and customers and urged all to work towards living a healthy lifestyle to prevent pre-mature deaths as well as increased productivity.

He disclosed that each aspect of the bank’s operations has empowered and equipped its staff with the requisite skills to always provide excellent services to customers and partners.

“The vision of the Bank still remains to be the reference point in the provision of prompt, flawless and innovative banking products and services in the Ghanaian banking industry,” Mr. Wordey said.

The bank would continue to deliver exceptional services that are geared towards providing convenience to its customers, hence the need for the general public to sign up with their products and services.
