Middleton International School inaugurated in Ghana

Middleton International School (MIS) was officially inaugurated in Accra on Sunday 7th of May, 2017. The School which runs a British Curriculum and started operating in Ghana in

January, 2017 brought dignitaries including Mr Barnes (MIS Director) and Apostle Korankye (the officiating Minister) from the United Kingdom to its grand inauguration ceremony.

Other dignitaries such as Apostle Amegatcher who was the former National Head for COPUK was also present to grace the occasion.

The ceremony was held at the East Legon, Adjiringanor main campus. Children from the Lakes Side Estates joined to engage in activities such as rhyme and poem recital among others to make the ceremony a colourful one. A very charming environment welcomed all aboard.

The inaugural speech delivered by the Director of MIS, Mr Barnes was one of sincerity, professionalism and reality. In his speech, he stated “Your presence here is not only in joyous celebration of this occasion, but also a deepest expression of your interest in quality education that meets international standards”.

Mr Barnes also gave the assurance that MIS shall be exceptional taking the lead in academic excellence for others to follow.

Highlighting some few key notes from our guest speaker Apostle Korankye, he emphasized that the most important key that everyone needs in life is the help from God.
