MP for Ellembelle donates computers to Alma mater

Nkroful (W/R), June 05, GNA - The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, has donated six brand new dell computers to the Nkroful Agricultural Senior High School (NASS) in the Ellembelle District.

The donation forms part of measures to equip students with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills to enhance research work and promote education in the area.

Mr Buah, who is also an old boy of the school, said he would ensure that the ICT laboratory was connected to the internet. He therefore urged the school authorities and the student body to put the computers to good use.

Mr Buah also promised to assist the school to renovate its Assembly Hall which was in a deplorable state, and provide all the Houses in the school with jerseys for sporting activities.

He urged management not to hesitate to call on him for any assistance. Madam Esther Armah-Viddah, Headmistress of the School, expressed gratitude to Mr. Buah for the kind gesture and called on old students to team up to help develop the school.

She commended the MP and the District Assembly for the construction of a-10-seater aqua privy toilet for the girls' dormitory. Madam Armah-Viddah assured the MP that the facilities provided the school would be put to good use.
