General Recruit Ankrah adjudged overall best recruit

General Recruit, Prosper Kofi Ankrah, from Abor in the Volta Region emerged the overall best recruit after undergoing six months basic police training at the Central Police Training School at Winneba.

He proved to be very hard working, intelligent, exhibited good conduct in all aspects of the training process and also recorded 1,344 marks out of 1,505 marks to be crowned as the overall best recruit out of 151 recruits.

General Recruit Prosper Ankrah was born on Mary 18, 1979 and began his basic education at Shields Experimental School in Tema, continued at Abor Roman Catholic Junior High School where he obtained his basic education certificate in 1995.

General Recruit Ankrah later had admission into Saint Paul’s Senior High School at Denu in 1996 and completed with good grades.

He was enlisted with 150 others into the Ghana Police Service on October 5, 2012 as motor drivers and motor riders.
