Disabled quadruplet mother receives aid

Members of Quality Fun Club, a social group based in Sunyani, have assisted two orphanages and a disabled quadruplet mother in Sunyani.

Mr Isaac Dennis Oppong, Secretary of the Club, said the 90- member club, was formed more than 13 years ago with the sole aim of assisting the poor and needy in the society with emphasis on legal issues.

He said it was in fulfilment of this objective that the club donated to the Yawhema Orphanage, Rhema-Ghana Christian Rehabilitation Centre and the disabled mother of the quadruplets.

Mr Oppong said the items included; bags of rice, maize, sugar, cartons of Nido, oil, assorted drinks, soap, used and unused clothing and cash for settling of utility bills, totalling GH¢3,000.00.

He said the members hope to extend their assistance to other parts of the Brong- Ahafo Region in due course.
