Crystal Spring Community School achieve success

The Crystal Spring Community School at Akyem Oda recorded 100 percent pass with nine grade ones in their first Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

A private school which was established in 2006 is aimed at providing quality and good morale education to the children of Birim Central Municipality to compliment the efforts of the government.

Mr Yaw Gyamera Beeko, Director of the School, revealed this to the GNA Media Auditing and Tracking of Development Projects team at the school at Akim Oda.

The GNA Star-Ghana Media Auditing and Tracking of Development Projects is an initiative to promote participatory democracy and local accountability.

Mr Beeko said the school management was determined to ensure that the services it provided met the quality required by the Ghana Education Service and parents.

“We are determined to provide essential teaching and learning materials, adequate and modern facilities to enhance teaching and learning” he said.

Mrs Justina Beeko, the Headmistress of the School, thanked the Birim Central Municipal Education Directorate, parents, teachers, pupils and all stakeholders whose contributions helped the school to achieve success.
