Ahmadiyya Spiritual Head inaugurates school block at E-AMASS

Ekumfi Essarkyir (C/R), April 22, GNA - Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Mash V, World wide Spiritual Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community, on Monday unveiled a plaque to inaugurate a block of four classrooms for the Ekumfi Ahmadiyya Senior High School (E_AMASS) at Essarkyir in the Central Region.

Hazart Mirza Masroor Ahmad, who was the second Headmaster of the school from 1979-1983, was accompanied to the school by Maulvi Dr Wahab Adam, Ameer and Missionary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana, Mr K T Hammond, Deputy Minister for Energy and other dignitaries of the Mission.

Khalifatul Masih was in the country to participate in the Khilafat Centenary celebration, which was the 100 years of the successorship of the Prophet Hood of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission. The Ahmadiyya Spiritual leader also reviewed a parade of the school's Air force Cadet Corps and offered prayers for the school.

He commended the Beard of Governors, the Parent/Teacher Association and the staff for initiating a rapid development of the school. Mr Issah Mumuni Dimbie, the headmaster, expressed the school's appreciation to the Spiritual Head for taking time of his heavy schedule to visit the school. He assured him that the authorities would do everything possible to maintain a high standard.
