Adubraa community to get university

The chiefs of Adubraa, a community near Nsawam in the Eastern Region, has performed a ground breaking ceremony for the commencement of work on a five-storey school block.

The block, which would be built in phases and comprising 32 classrooms, dormitories, bathrooms, and toilet facilities, belongs to Yahoshua Engineering Science University College.

Reverend Bishop Professor Daniel Yermoh Corbblah, Founder of the school said the first phase of the project includes kindergarten, primary, junior high and senior high schools and would be completed in two years.

Prof Corbblah said for the country to overcome its socio-economic challenges there is the need for stakeholders in education – parents, government and educationists to put their shoulders to the wheel to provide the youth with the necessary quality education.

He commended the chiefs in the area for their support in providing land for the project.
