NPP Techiman South Constituency Parliamentary Candidate calls for unity in NPP ahead of 2016 elections

Mr. Henry Yiadom Boakye the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Techiman South Constituency has appealed to the NPP members in the Constituency to put their individual idiosyncrasies aside and co-operate the Party’s executives to win the 2016 general election.

He said now that the internal contest were over, what is needed in the constituency is total unity, hard work, total commitment as well as supplications to win the elections and asked the party faithfuls to remove barriers that would militate against unity stability and uniformity, peace and party's cohesion.

Mr. Henry Yiadom Boakye made the appeal at a non-denominational thanksgiving service ceremony held at Nsuta St Paul’s Catholic Church in the Techiman Municipality for his victory in just ended parliamentary primaries.

Mr. Yiadom Boakye aka Ahobraseeni thanked the delegates for their support that gave him the mandate to lead them and assured them that he will do all within his power to justify the trust reposed in him Commended the other aspirants for healthy campaign and extended olive branches to them to join him for his quest to wrestle power from the incumbent NDC MP.

Speaking the ceremony, Mr. Seth Ansah Agyei who is one the defeated candidates called for unity, understanding and love from the rank and file of the party to ensure a massive win for the NPP in next year’s elections.

Mr Bala Al Sad as well Madam Ruth Debrah, who were among the contest also participated the programme.

Mr. Seth Ansah Agyei said: “One person had to win, and once the elections were over let us all closes our ranks for the bigger contest against our opponents next year.”

Mr. Seth Ansah Agyei pledged to co-operate with the newly elected parliamentary candidate to ensure total victory for the party next year.

In a sermon, Rev. Father Pius Frimpong the Nsuta Parish Priest commended the others aspirants for conducting themselves in a politically matured manner and appealed to the party to support their candidate to enable him achieve success.
